Students MUST have basic concepts of stretching, holding muscles, and being an attentive part of a physically-dominant class.
Jeans, loose clothing and street clothes are NOT permitted at any time for any reason. Dancers MUST be in form-fitting attire at ALL TIMES!
Hair must be in a BUN or other tight-to-the-head hairstyle. No ponytails or swinging/hanging hair allowed due to the risk of stepping on one's own hair or someone else's.
