This is a 30 min introduction to ballet class for children age 2.5 to 3.5 years old. This class is idea for children in a PreK 3 class. Students participate in the class without a parent or guardian in the room. A parent or guardian is expected to wait in the waiting room during the duration of class. The students will learn a dance to perform in our annual recital.

Our youngest dancers are introduced to the fundamentals of ballet-based movement through imaginative play, music, and the use of props. This class encourages creativity while supporting the development of gross motor skills, coordination, and spatial awareness in a warm and nurturing environment.

This is a 1 hour tap class for ages 18 and up! We typically have dancers as young as their 20s and into their 70s in this one class! You do not need any previous experience to take this class; some have been tapping for years and others are just getting started. This class will allow the option to perform in our annual recital. Most in the class will choose to perform, but it is completely optional! This is a fantastic way to learn tap at your own pace, make new friends, exercise, and have so much fun! Wear anything you're comfortable in and can move easily in.
You may choose to register for this class and pay quarterly tuition ($150 per quarter) OR pay in person each week you attend ($20 cash fee)

This is a 1 hour ballet technique class for beginners age 5-8. Dancers MUST be in Kindergarten or older in order during the school year in order to register for this class. Children who are still in PreK 4 should start with our Saturday PreK 4 ballet class. Dancers on our Mini Competition Team are required to take this class. Dancers will learn a ballet dance to perform in our annual recital.

This level 1 ballet class provides an imaginative introduction to classical ballet. Designed to build fine motor skills and coordination, students explore basic ballet vocabulary while learning key concepts such as balance, body alignment, and spatial awareness. Classes are held in a structured yet creative environment that nurtures each child’s love of movement and music. Students also focus on building strength, expanding ballet vocabulary, and developing proper classroom etiquette. Emphasis is also placed on flexibility, body alignment, and readiness for more structured ballet training.

There is NO recital dance for this class. This class MUST be taken in combination with a ballet class. ALL pre-pointe / pointe dancers must be taking ballet weekly. Approval from Miss Erin or Miss Jen is required before registering for this class.
Miss Valerie, along with Miss Erin and Miss Jen, will determine when and if each dancer is ready to receive pointe shoes.

This is a 1 hour ballet technique class for beginner to intermediate level dancers age 7-12. Our Petite and Petite Elite Competition Teams are required to take this class. Students focus on building strength, expanding ballet vocabulary, and developing proper classroom etiquette. Emphasis is also placed on flexibility, body alignment, and readiness for more structured ballet training.

Each dancer will his or her own curriculum card to follow, based on the specific skills that he or she is working on. This class is appropriate for dancers age 10-18. Dancers should have at least 4 years acro training to be taking this class. Our acro classes are taught by a certified Acrobatic Arts instructor. Students in our acro program will have the option to take Acrobatic Arts Exams at the end of the dance year (more info. about exams will be provided in the winter). Students will learn an acrobatic routine to perform in our annual recital.

PreK 4 Ballet builds on foundational motor skills while introducing a stronger focus on musicality and creative expression. Students continue to develop coordination, spatial awareness, and the ability to move as part of a group. Classes foster confidence and collaboration in an imaginative, nurturing environment that supports each child’s growing love for dance.
