**Acrobatics 1**
Acrobatics 1 is designed for dancers ready to take their acro skills to the next level. This class focuses on strength, flexibility, control, and smooth transitions between movement. Scholars must already have a solid foundation, including a backbend, handstand, front walkover, and both right and left splits. Dancers will continue to refine these skills while working on more advanced tricks, combinations, and technique. This class blends the athleticism of acrobatics with the grace of dance for a dynamic and challenging experience.
