Beginning Acro
Students will learn a dance with the combination of beginning gymnastics and Jazz skills. Students will work on the following; bridge, backbend, somersaults, cartwheel variations, handstand & headstand variations, round-offs. Will start learning front walkovers.
Students should not move up into intermediate until they have mastered these skills and increased their flexibility.
