Parents and children join together in a combination of movement to music and beginning gymnastics skills. At the coach's discretion, students who are able to listen, follow instructions, and participate in class without running away may do so without a parent.

Beginning gymnasts who are too old for the beginner class are encouraged to participate in this class. This class is primarily for students who can hold a handstand without falling over, can hold a bridge with one leg up, and can do a roundoff.
