At Dancers' Workshop, we place students by their grade in school through the end of 4th Grade. After the end of 4th Grade, students must audition for placement and be evaluated by an instructor. Levels are as follows:

3 & 4-year-olds - for students not yet in Kindergarten
Level I/II - for students in 1st and 2nd grades
Level III/IV - for students in 3rd and 4th grades
Level V - for any student after the end of 4th grade who auditions in a class (must take two ballet classes per week)
Level VI - for any intermediate student who auditions in a class for placement (must take three ballet classes per week)
Level VII/VIII - for any advanced student who auditions in a class for placement (must take three or more classes per week)
Pointe - for any advanced student who auditions for placement and takes 3 ballet classes per week
