This class introduces athletes to the fundamentals of tumbling, trampoline, and double-mini. Students will build strength, coordination, and confidence while learning basic tumbling skills such as forward rolls, cartwheels, bridges, and other introductory movements. Trampoline instruction includes straight, straddle, tuck, and pike jumps, half turns, seat drops, front drops, and back drops. On double-mini, athletes will learn proper technique for straight, straddle, pike, and tuck jumps while developing safe body awareness and control.
