The Intermediate Mini Ballet Intensive offers the continued learning of classical ballet technique through a professional class progression, pointe and pre-pointe, repertory, and choreography. Barre work, center work, and traveling exercises are designed to better technique while repertory and choreography classes develop performance quality and build confidence. Through the exploration of ballet technique, use of space, and musicality students will work toward the creation of their own original class combinations which they will share and teach to their fellow dancers to build camaraderie and foster independence!

Students are exposed to a broad curriculum that includes daily ballet technique, along with pointe, repertory, partnering, modern, contemporary ballet and conditioning methods in addition to educational dance seminars. Dancers showcase what they have learned at the end of each week with a showcase for peers.

Students may choose to attend 1, 2 or 3 weeks.

Dancers who are not currently working en pointe are encouraged to take week 1 of our SDI and the Intermediate Mini Ballet Intensive.
