Pre-Pointe (Level III & IV Teacher Recommendation) 4 Week Session
Pre-Pointe is designed for dedicated ballet students who are preparing to begin pointe work. This class focuses on developing the strength, alignment, technique, and body awareness necessary for safe and successful pointe training. Dancers will work on foot and ankle strengthening, core stability, proper ballet placement, flexibility, and ballet terminology while continuing to refine their overall ballet technique. Teacher Recommendation Required. Level III & IV Dancers.
