Cinematic Action Camp: Create a Movement Film
This unique movement camp is all about creating an original short film together.
Throughout the week participants will explore dance and expressive movement while working as a team to plan, storyboard, choreograph, and film their own movement-based movie.
Campers will:
• Learn foundational movement and dance techniques
• Create choreography designed specifically for the camera
• Explore storytelling through movement
• Grasp basic filmmaking skills including camera awareness and performance for film
• DIscover their own creative point of view
By the end of the week campers will have collaborated on a completed movement film to share at a special screening for friends and family on the final day.
Join us for a creative hands on experience where movement meets moviemaking-and every participant plays a starring role!

and understanding of dance. Designed for committed and curious students, this intensive offers daily training with our professionally
accredited instructors and esteemed guest artists in:
-Contemporary Modern Dance
-Ballet
-Jazz Dance
-Improvisation
-Choreographic Composition
-Classical and Contemporary Repertoire
-Dance History
The week will conclude with a performance showcasing the repertoire learned and original choreography created by the dancers. Dancers
will leave this intensive stronger, more versatile artists, prepared to launch into the new dance season with amplified strength,
power, and passion.
