We will use mats in addition to other acro equipment during the gymnastics portion of class and will explore creative movements relating them to hip hop dance. Please wear comfortable/athletic clothing. Barefoot is recommended.

Get ready to move with our high-energy Hip-Hop dance class! This dynamic class offers a structured approach to learning a variety of Hip-Hop styles in a fun and vibrant environment. Each session features engaging dance combinations and techniques that encourage individual expression and personal style.

Please wear comfortable, athletic clothing and athletic shoes (Please note: shoes should only be worn in the studio—no street shoes allowed.)

Acro - Beginning Aerial Technique
This class is designed for dancers who are ready to advance their acro skills by focusing on the aerial. Students will work on progressions that emphasize strength, flexibility, coordination, and technique. Each class incorporates drills, conditioning, and spotting to help dancers safely build the foundation needed to achieve this skill. Dancers should have a solid cartwheel and handstand before enrolling. The aerial is a dynamic addition to any dancer’s repertoire and provides an exciting performance element for competitive and recreational dancers alike.

Adult Beginning Tap - 3/23 drop in
This class is for beginner tappers. Beginner meaning you have never put a tap shoe on or the last time you did was over 30 plus years ago. We use chairs and ballet barres to help introduce movement and get dancers comfortable with balance. Why Tap? Tap dance uses the sound of the tap shoes hitting the floor as a percussive instrument. Tap dance sharpens reflexes and improves memory skills and coordination. Classes will work toward establishing fundamental tap movements, vocabulary, as well as working on basic rhythms and steps that progress into fun and lively dance combinations. Wear comfortable clothing. Class is held from on Mondays from 7:30-8:30pm.

This is a great class to introduce your dancer to the fundamentals of Ballet, Jazz, and Tap dance. This class is designed to allow children to discover fundamental body movements and directional commands necessary to set the foundation for beginning dance technique. We explore body movements such as up and down and side to side. We begin exploring rhythms and beats in music, as well as introduce basic dance vocabulary. Props such as rhythm sticks, parachutes, and instruments are often used along with dance-focused games in order to ignite an early love for dance in your little one! Dancers are required to wear dance appropriate clothing. Dancers will also need black tap shoes for boys and girls, pink ballet shoes for girls, and black ballet shoes for boys.

This class offers an excellent opportunity for dancers to further develop their skills in Ballet, Jazz, and Tap. Designed to build upon the foundational techniques and introduce more intermediate elements, this class allows dancers to expand their repertoire and deepen their understanding of dance vocabulary.
Requirements: Dancers should wear appropriate dance attire and bring both black tap shoes and skin-toned jazz shoes to each class. Shoes are available for purchase at the studio.

Advanced Jazz Technique

Built for dancers with a solid triple pirouette and confident open turns, this class is designed to push your technical ceiling.

We’ll train toward quad, quint, and beyond — refining control, spotting, and consistency while building the strength needed for advanced turning sequences. Dancers will also focus on powerful, dynamic leaps and jumps, progressing toward more complex and unique aerial skills.

Every combination emphasizes precision, alignment, and intentional execution — because advanced skills require advanced discipline.

Looking to level up your training? Ballet is the foundation of strong, safe, and technically sound dancers. Proper technique = safe movement — and that starts here.

In this class, dancers will build strength, flexibility, extension, alignment, muscle awareness, and control through structured barre work, center exercises, and across-the-floor progressions. Ballet develops the precision, balance, and body control that transfers directly into every other style of dance.

Adult Beginning Ballet - 6 Class Session
Join us for one hour of Ballet Barre followed by 30 minutes of Centre Work. Short on time? No problem—you’re welcome to attend just the Barre portion and head out early. You have options! Sign up for a six class session for $50 or drop in for $10 each time.

Feeling intimidated by tights and leotards? Don’t be. Our adult ballet program is designed to be comfortable, welcoming, and judgment-free. Wear what makes you feel confident while still allowing you to move safely.

Ready to take your tricks to the next level? This high-energy, technique-focused class is built for dancers who want cleaner pirouettes, higher leaps, and stronger, more controlled jumps.

Through targeted mobility, strength, and flexibility training, dancers will work progressive drills designed to improve power, precision, and consistency. Every exercise is rooted in proper alignment and safe training practices — because strong technique is what protects the body and produces confident execution.

Using tools like stability balls and focused conditioning work, dancers will strengthen the foundational muscles that support advanced skills.
