Build leg and core strength, stamina, agility and flexibility in this class designed to improve the power and explosiveness of Irish Dance. Drills & Sets
Take a deep-dive into hard shoe technique through drills and focus on championship-level set dances. For dancers in Prizewinner, they are allowed to take this class with teacher permission and will focus on their trad sets until they advance into the Prelims level.

An instructor will lead dancers in a guided warm-up with an emphasis on ballet barre technique to continue developing technical skills, and then dancers will be given the space to practice on their own.
