The Apprentice Company is an opportunity for serious students, skilled in aerial artistry, strength, flexibility, and performance professionalism to experience the responsibility and reward of being part of a company. This Monday class is to accommodate the number of students and schedules!

This class utilizes all apparatus, continuing to develop skills, choreography and individual performance presence. Students are encouraged to take additional class(es) each week. The Apprentice Company is central to end of year productions both as performers and behind the scenes.

Performance Company
The Performance Company is the next step in company membership and artistic development. Students demonstrate technical and artistic excellence, both on the floor and in the air with multiple apparatus. Company members are expected to train twice a week, in the Company class as well as an additional technique class.

SOAR (Simply Overcoming Aerial Resistance!) Have you always wanted to try, but think you aren't strong enough? This is the perfect class for you! Aimed for the 30+ crowd who can't do a pull up, we will build the strength you want, while you are distracted by the fun of flying!

Swallow

Narwhal (9 -12 years) students have graduated from learning basic wraps, climbs, poses, and qualities of movement. Students build confidence, strength and flexibility through skills performed on silks, trapeze, hoop, and rope at greater heights with longer sequences. Students also begin to develop skills to express their unique voice in performance.

It is never too late to start! Teen Aerial (12+) is a mixed level class and safe space for teens to challenge themselves. Working on silks, rope, trapeze and hoop students are presented appropriate opportunities and challenges to build strength and creativity.

Stilt dance workshop
Let's make a dance on stilts!

For those ready to up their stilt skills, spend some Wednesday nights (inside!!), 7-8pm in December and January putting it all to music. If folks are interested, we can perform it onstage at the Historic Armory during the MLK celebration Monday January 19, 2026.

Class Dates: December 3, 10, 17 and January 7, 14. 7-8pm. Performance is around noon on Monday January 19.

Introducing Aerial to youth living with disabilities. This small class has a higher teacher-student ratio, lower stimulus environment, and sensitivity to the interests and adaptations that will both challenge and provide opportunities for success for each student.

Students will spend the week learning new skills, making ensemble dances, dreaming up props/costumes and bringing it all to life to tell a new story! Each week is a different pairing of apparatuses, and we will improvise on the big metal shapes as part of the bar classes every week. New drops, cool shapes, swinging and spinning keep our current students ages 9-18 ready for fall!
