Students are required to have a Theraband for this class.
It will not be used every week, and we have some extras at the studio in the event a student forgets theirs. However, it is important that students begin collecting the tools they need to truly succeed in their training, and a Theraband is one of those tools that every dancer benefits having in their dance bag wherever they go as they learn to develop their own at-home routines and self-warms up for shows, auditions, competitions, and even regular classes.
Not all Therabands are the same, so we recommend sticking with the brand-name, or those specific to dance.
