Tap: Is a super fun way to express yourself with musicality and making sounds with your feet. Learn shuffles, flaps, time steps, rhythm sounds, and lots of other fun tap steps. Jazz: Another very fun, energetic, fast paced style of dance. Always set to upbeat, fast tempo music. This class emphasizes on turns, jumps, leaps and flexibility. Ballet: The foundation of all other dance styles. The most important form of dance, required for our Express Teams, but highly advised for other dancers as it builds technique, strength and grace.
