This upbeat class is designed to help students build strength and improve flexibility —perfect for dancers, gymnasts, and anyone looking to move and feel better! Each class combines a mix of bodyweight exercises, core conditioning, and deep stretching techniques. Open to ages 9 and up, including adults of all fitness levels.
