HIGH Fitness Class
HIGH Fitness is a fun, high-energy group fitness class that combines cardio, toning, and interval training set to upbeat music you already know and love! It's simple to follow, incredibly effective, and designed to keep you moving from start to finish.

All fitness levels are welcome, with options to modify or intensify every move. You'll leave feeling stronger, energized, and part of a motivating community that makes fitness feel like a party with a purpose! Recommended for ages 16+.

Feel free to drop in and pay as you go with cash or check only, please. At only $5 per class, this is a great way to workout and have fun! Bring a friend!

Workshop (One Day 6/16) Advanced Skills
This workshop will work where your student is at and will cover all skills above a back whip and front handspring. We will be working on back/front tucks, layouts, full twists, double tucks and more. Students must have a the ability to do 5 BHS's in a row and do a back whip from a Round off back handspring.

Workshop (One Day 6/23) Aerial Skills
This workshop is about all things aerial (in the air). This of course covers the infamous aerial cartwheel (cartwheel with no hands) but students will learn to go through progressions and work on doing an aerial walkover (front walkover without hands) as well. Students must be able to do a running one handed cartwheel, a round off, a running front walkover and be comfortable doing skills in the air.

Workshop (One Day 6/9) Back Handsprings
This workshop is a serious focus on the standing back handspring. Students will go through multiple drills to help them get comfortable with each phase of the back handspring and will learn put all the phases together by the end of the class. To be in this class students need to be able to do a backbend and backward roll on the floor.

Workshop (One Day 8/4) Intermediate Skills
This workshop will help kids that have their back handspring learn how to progress to doing a round off back handspring and multiple handsprings after that. For those who are ready we will also learn how to do a backwhip from a round off. To be in this class students must be able to do a standing back handspring on the trampoline or floor (preferred).
