PROGRAM LENGTH: 1-2 years, depending on student age/grade
Introduce your child to the beauty and grace of ballet in our Pre-Ballet program, designed for Kindergarten and First Grade dancers. This class provides a fun and engaging introduction to ballet fundamentals while building strength, coordination, and confidence.
Using proper ballet terminology from the start—like plié, tendu, sauté, and chassé—our experienced instructors create a solid foundation for future dance training. Through imaginative themes, colorful props, and playful movement, young dancers stay engaged while developing balance, flexibility, and musicality.
Dancers will experience the structure of a ballet class, including center barre, across-the-floor exercises, and choreography, all while twirling, leaping, and skipping with joy! Plus, they’ll build friendships in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Whether your child is taking their first steps in dance or continuing their journey, Pre-Ballet is the perfect way to nurture their love of movement while having fun!

GRADE: Kindergarten and First Grades (ages 5-7)
PRE-REQUISITES: none
We recommend taking our Pre-Jazz/Tap program in conjunction with Pre-Ballet to enhance rhythm development and coordination, while building on basic skills that are a part of all disciplines.

PROGRAM LENGTH: 1-2 years, dependent on student age/grade
Calling all parents of energetic little ones! Are you looking for a fun and exciting way to get your kids moving and grooving? Look no further than our Pre-Jazz Tap classes, designed specifically for kindergarten and first-grade students ages 5-7! Our classes combine the razzamatazz of jazz with the noise and rhythm of tap to create a high-energy, toe-tapping experience your kids won't forget. We'll teach them leap, lindy, ball-change, shuffle, step-heel, and bombershay, and incorporate basic jazz warm-ups to get their little bodies moving. But we don't stop there - our classes are full of games, obstacle courses, and freeze dances, all with imaginative themes and activities that change every month so your little ones will never get bored. And don't worry about stretching - while we do some stretching, we don't focus on it too much at this age because young bodies are still developing. So come join us and let's tap and twist our way to a new adventure every month!

Pre-Ballet (Thu)
GRADE: Kindergarten and First Grades (ages 5-7)
PRE-REQUISITES: none
We recommend taking our Pre-Jazz/Tap program in conjunction with Pre-Ballet to enhance rhythm development and coordination, while building on basic skills that are a part of all disciplines.
