Acro combines dance technique with acrobatic skills like rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and walkovers. Dancers build strength, flexibility, balance, and control while learning to seamlessly blend tricks with movement. Classes are offered from Pre-Acro through Intermediate, with a focus on safe progressions and proper technique at every level. These classes do not perform.
