n this class, we’ll focus on building strength, coordination, and confidence as we explore the fundamentals of acrobatics. Whether you're brand new to acro or building a stronger foundation, this class will help you gain control of your body and move safely through new skills.

We’ll start with bunny hops to introduce basic weight shifting and prepare for handstands. From there, we’ll work on foot control to improve balance and alignment—this helps everything from rolls to bridges.

You’ll learn to safely enter and exit a forward roll, explore shoulder rolls for smooth transitions, and build strength and flexibility with bridge ups. We’ll also spend time upside down in handstand drills, using the wall for support and learning to stack our body correctly.

Throughout class, we’ll use control drills on our belly to develop core stability, shoulder strength, and the body awareness needed for more advanced acro down the road.
