Adult Ballet
This class is for adults ages 18 and over, with or without dance experience. We will focus on the foundational techniques of ballet, which we'll implement in fun combos both in center and across the floor, as well as in learning classical ballet choreography and variations. All abilities welcome! This is an accepting, judgment free zone where you can explore the love and joy of dance! So put on your comfy athletic wear, pull your hair back, grab some ballet shoes, and join us this season!
