Sunday Restore and Reset:
Ease into the week ahead with a gentle evening practice designed to help you slow down and soften. This class blends mindful movement, breathwork, and restorative elements inspired by Hatha, Yin, and slow-flow yoga to support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation.
Whether you’re carrying stress, feeling overstimulated, or simply need a quiet moment for yourself, this class offers space to breathe, move intentionally, and reconnect with your body.
Perfect for all levels. Come as you are—no flexibility required.
