Kara Mahan
This non-performing DanceFit conditioning class is open to all current 25-26 season students enrolled in Ballet 1-5, Tap/Jazz 1-5, or Hip Hop 1-4. Students will engage in cross training exercises to increase their endurance, strength, and general fitness. Guest teachers and varied classes keep the workouts fun and engaging. Prior classes have utilized workout styles such as Pilates, Kickboxing, and Interval Training. Classes are held on alternating Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings during the showcase season.
Unlimited DanceFit classes are included in Company member's fees. Non-company members are also welcome to join. Non-company members will be charged per class, with the minimum of four classes ($40) charged at registration. Additional classes will be charge after the last DanceFit of the season.
