In our Butts & Bellies class, we will do exercises to specifically tone & strengthen your core & glutes. We will alternate between a circuit/timed class & a follow-along class. There will be an appearance of numerous props to aid in the challenge of class - weights, balls, bands, etc. You will leave class with shaky legs & a tired tummy!

Use dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, sliders, & more, to help improve your full body tone, strength & endurance. There will always be some cardio & core exercises to help balance out the resistance training. Let's get those muscles working, your heart rate up, make you sweat, & push you to your personal best! You can take the exercises at your own pace, & increase or decrease the intensity or weights as you need. This class is for all levels.

Childcare $5 CASH per child, per class.

This PLAYFUL Pilates class keeps our mamas in mind, and takes our regular Mat Pilates class with a variety of body-weighted exercises to work on your core strength & overall stability. Pilates aims to promote full body strength, stability and flexibility, with a focus on the core. This class is all low impact, laying on the mat for the majority of class, with the options to decrease or increase the intensity as you like!

Babies & minis are welcome to join you during class as you get to move your body & connect with other mamas. Whether in a car seat or on the mat next to you, you get to show up to a positive environment and learn some Pilates, without leaving your babe behind!

Those that don't have littles are welcome to join the class as well! Just know that you may have a baby crawl on you!

Adult Dance Fusion

We are now offering an ADULT DANCE CLASS💃🏻

This class is NOT like Zumba or any other dance fitness class. For our first session, we will be doing different styles of dance including Jazz, Modern, Lyrical & Hip Hop! Over the 8-week session, we will do two weeks of each of these styles.

Each class will include a warm up, some centre floor routines/exercises, movements across the floor & maybe even learning a choreographed dance combo!

This adult dance class is for everyone. There is NO dance experience required! Come move your body, try something new & let’s DANCE🕺

Our Morning Barre Burn will ignite your energy to start the day! Just like all of our barre classes, this class will include smaller movements with high repetitions to burnout, tone & lengthen your muscles! The class is broken into different sections that focus on the major muscle groups. You are guaranteed to do squats, lunges, arms, abs & PULSES galore, leaving you sweating, shaking & very awake! We will do a combination of mat work & standing at the barre. You will also see a variety of props to aid in the challenge of class!

Pilates Equipment Pump Circuit

In our Pilates Pump Circuit class, you will rotate through beginner exercises on each piece of Pilates equipment (the tower, reformer & stability chair), & a combination of weighted, body-weighted, cardio or core exercises on the mat. The pilates equipment uses a variety of springs to assist or resist you in each exercise! You will receive a full body workout, while challenging your strength, stability & flexibility! You do not need pilates experience for this class - although some workout experience/body awareness is recommended.
