A blend of two of our FAVE classes - Barre & Pilates. Challenge & improve your full body strength, flexibility & stability with all low-impact exercises. We will do a flowing class that involves a combination of body weighted exercises on the mat, as well as light weighted, high repetition exercises to burnout, tone & lengthen those muscles.

This class will blast all of your muscles through weight training exercises! Use dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, sliders, & more, to help improve your full body tone, strength & endurance. There will always be some cardio & core exercises to help balance out the resistance training. Let's get those muscles working, your heart rate up, make you sweat, & push you to your personal best! You can take the exercises at your own pace, & increase or decrease the intensity or weights as you need. This class is for all levels.

This PLAYFUL Pilates class keeps our mamas in mind, and takes our regular Mat Pilates class with a variety of body-weighted exercises to work on your core strength & overall stability. Pilates aims to promote full body strength, stability and flexibility, with a focus on the core. This class is all low impact, laying on the mat for the majority of class, with the options to decrease or increase the intensity as you like!

Babies & minis are welcome to join you during class as you get to move your body & connect with other mamas. Whether in a car seat or on the mat next to you, you get to show up to a positive environment and learn some Pilates, without leaving your babe behind!

Those that don't have littles are welcome to join the class as well! Just know that you may have a baby crawl on you!

Because we all love our low impact Pilates class… let’s add some weights to help challenge & sculpt those muscles more! This class has a dynamic blend of Pilates core techniques, strength training with weights & flexibility/mobility exercises to deliver you an effective & energizing workout. You can expect your heart rate to elevate, to build core strength & to improve your overall muscle endurance, while maintaining a low impact Pilates approach.

This class will be a mixture of our Barre class & our Full Body Strength class. You will use some heavier weights in full body movements to help BUILD total body strength. The use of lighter weights, smaller movements & higher reps are to help tone, sculpt & BURNout your muscles.
There will be a variety of slow controlled weighted movements, pulses & repetitions with lighter weights, & cardio exercises! You will leave sweaty after this full body workout! You can take all the exercises at your own pace, & use as heavy or light weights as you like!

We are now offering an ADULT DANCE CLASS💃🏻

This class is NOT like Zumba or any other dance fitness class. For our first session, we will be doing different styles of dance including Jazz, Modern, Lyrical & Hip Hop!

Each class will include a warm up, some centre floor routines/exercises, exercises travelling across the floor & maybe even learning a choreographed dance combo!

This adult dance class is for everyone. There is NO dance experience required! Come move your body, try something new & let’s DANCE🕺

This Mommy & Me Strength class keeps our mamas in mind, as we work on our full body strength, cardio & core. We will do a variety of upper body, lower body & full body exercises to get a full body workout! You can use as light or as heavy weights as desired, or even use your baby as your weight!

Babies & minis are welcome to join you during class as you get to move your body & connect with other mamas. Whether in a car seat, on the mat next to you, or strapped onto your chest, you get to show up to a positive environment, move your body & strengthen your muscles, without leaving your babe behind!

360° Barre Fitness

Our 360° Barre Fitness classes a full body, muscle endurance workout where we do a high number of repetitions of small movements to burnout those muscle; aka the Barre Burn! Barre is ballet inspired & has pilates based exercises that are designed to strengthen & lengthen your muscles with no high impact! The class is broken into different sections that focus on the major muscle groups. There is little to no rest between these sections, making it a continuous workout; however, you can take the exercises at your own pace & rest as you need. You are guaranteed to do squats, lunges, arms, abs & PULSES galore (with the barre there for support), leaving you sweating & shaking!

The pilates equipment uses a variety of springs to assist or resist you in each exercise! You will receive a full body workout, while challenging your strength, stability & flexibility! You do not need pilates experience for this class - although some workout experience/body awareness is recommended.
