In this class you will use some heavier weights in full body movements to help BUILD total body strength. The use of lighter weights, smaller movements & higher reps are to help tone, sculpt & BURNout your muscles.
There will be a variety of slow controlled weighted movements, pulses & repetitions with lighter weights, & cardio exercises! You will leave sweaty after this full body workout! You can take all the exercises at your own pace, & use as heavy or light weights as you like!

This class will blast all of your muscles through weight training exercises in a circuit/HIIT style! Use dumbbells & other props to help improve your full body tone, strength & endurance. There will always be some cardio & core exercises to help balance out the resistance training. Let's get those muscles working, your heart rate up, make you sweat, & push you to your personal best! You can take the exercises at your own pace, & increase or decrease the intensity or weights as you need. This class is for all levels.

Our Morning Barre Burn will ignite your energy to start the day! Just like all of our barre classes, this class will include smaller movements with high repetitions to burnout, tone & lengthen your muscles! The class is broken into different sections that focus on the major muscle groups. You are guaranteed to do squats, lunges, arms, abs & PULSES galore, leaving you sweating, shaking & very awake! We will do a combination of mat work & standing at the barre. You will also see a variety of props to aid in the challenge of class!
