360° Barre Fitness (at the barre)

Our 360° Barre Fitness classes a full body, muscle endurance workout where we do a high number of repetitions of small movements to burnout those muscle; aka the Barre Burn! Barre is ballet inspired & has pilates based exercises that are designed to strengthen & lengthen your muscles with no high impact! The class is broken into different sections that focus on the major muscle groups. There is little to no rest between these sections, making it a continuous workout; however, you can take the exercises at your own pace & rest as you need. You are guaranteed to do squats, lunges, arms, abs & PULSES galore (with the barre there for support), leaving you sweating & shaking!

Full Body Blast **CHILDCARE AVAILABLE**

This class will blast all of your muscles through weight training exercises! Use dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, sliders, & more, to help improve your full body tone, strength & endurance. There will always be some cardio & core exercises to help balance out the resistance training. Let's get those muscles working, your heart rate up, make you sweat, & push you to your personal best! You can take the exercises at your own pace, & increase or decrease the intensity or weights as you need. This class is for all levels.

Childcare $5 per child, per class.

Pilates Mat Fusion

In these mat pilates classes, we will do a variety of body-weighted exercises to challenge your core strength & overall stability. Pilates aims to promote full body strength, stability and flexibility, with a focus on the core. You may also see an addition of props into class such as the Pilates circle, foam roller or stability ball to aid in the challenges of class. This class is all low impact, with the option to decrease or increase the intensity as you like!

Morning Barre Burn

Our Morning Barre Burn will ignite your energy to start the day! Just like all of our barre classes, this class will include smaller movements with high repetitions to burnout, tone & lengthen your muscles! The class is broken into different sections that focus on the major muscle groups. You are guaranteed to do squats, lunges, arms, abs & PULSES galore, leaving you sweating, shaking & very awake! We will do a combination of mat work & standing at the barre. You will also see a variety of props to aid in the challenge of class!
