"Cheer 101" class is an introductory course to cheerleading, focusing on teaching the fundamental skills and techniques needed to become a cheerleader, including basic motions, jumps, tumbling simple stunts, proper stance, and foundational cheerleading terminology, essentially providing a comprehensive overview of the core elements of cheerleading for beginners.
