Gemstones Acro (Mon.)
Gemstones (Ages 7-9)
Our Gemstones class is the first level of our formal Acro Dance training for dancers ages 7-9. This class meets:
Mondays: 6:00 PM–7:00 PM (Ballet Fusion) and 7:00 PM–8:00 PM (Tumbling)
Wednesdays: 5:00 PM–6:00 PM (Tumbling)
In this class, dancers will begin developing core skills like bridging, limbering, and headstands. We place a strong emphasis on strength and flexibility to ensure dancers are progressing safely and protecting themselves from injury. They will also learn exciting routines to prepare for recitals.
Trial Class Information
For a trial class, please have your child wear shorts and a shirt that can be tucked in. They will be dancing barefoot, so no special shoes are required. Please also have their hair in a ponytail and have them bring a water bottle.
