This intermediate level class requires a minimum of 1-2 years previous acro or gymnastics experience & the following skills: Bridge, Cobra, R/L Splits, R/L Cartwheels, Fwd/Bkwd Limbers, Headstand, Handstand Kickup, & going into a backbend and then recover to standing, Roundoff, Cartwheel Pick-Ups, 1 Handed Cartwheels, Backward Rolls, Dive Rolls. If the dancer does not have these skills, they need to take Acro Lvl 1/2.

Dancers taking Cheer should consider taking a Jazz Class to help with technique.
