Pre Pointe class is a series of strengthening and stretching exercises to prepare for dancing in a pointe shoe. A separate pair of soft ballet shoes, satin ribbons and a sewing kit is required. Dancers will learn how to properly sew their ribbons on the shoe, as part of the lesson.
Those that have completed a year of pre pointe, may be ready to go en pointe.
