Each day will begin with a conditioning and/or technique class to strengthen and refine fundamentals. During the second hour, dancers will explore a variety of styles ranging from ballet and jazz to hip-hop. Professional guest teachers from across San Diego will rotate throughout the week, offering students a rich and diverse learning experience.
This is our very first workshop created specifically for our older dancers, and I am so thrilled to offer this new opportunity for growth, challenge, and inspiration.

Spend a week dancing, crafting, and making new friends at CAD Summer Camps! Each day, campers are introduced to a new style of dance! Genres include ballet, hip-hop, acrobatics, tap, and creative movement. Every week culminates in a fun Friday performance for parents to enjoy.
Our day is thoughtfully structured to keep kids engaged and energized:
Hour 1: Stretching, warm-ups, and ballet basics to prepare our bodies for movement
Hour 2: A themed craft activity paired with snack time (snacks provided or parents can pack a snack)
Hour 3: Exploration of another dance genre and rehearsal for our end-of-week performance
Throughout the week, kiddos will play games, build confidence, and explore all styles of dance in a supportive, imaginative environment.
We provide plenty of magical props—wands, scarves, and more—to spark creativity and encourage expressive movement.
