Integrating principles from EBAS (Elemental Body Alignment System) which derives from Traditional Thai Healing and Traditional Chinese Medicine practices. Also heavily influenced by several different yoga practices, this class focuses on enhancing body awareness and releasing trauma. Designed for those with chronic pain, it uses mind-body techniques to address both emotional and physical tension, helping you connect deeply with your body and promote overall well-being.
