Grey Level Acro (5-7yrs)
The class will be structured with a warm up, strength training, flexibility work, skill work and choreography.
At this age, most of the skills will be done with a mat.
Tumbling skills will be accessed on forward rolls, handstands, bridges & cartwheels.
From there the dancer can get those skills strengthened or move on with variations built from those strong skills.
Choreography combinations blending tumbling and dance skills will be done near the end of class.
