Dancer Debut - Summer
Tuesdays in July - Keep the summer fun going for our little dancers. Jump, twirl and dance in this fun introductory dance class for our littlest dancers. This class is designed for children 2.5-5 years old. It is a first step into the world of dance. The class is divided segments of ballet and creative movement.
Note: Students must be potty trained.
Class Attire: Girl children may wear any color leotard, ballet skirt and pink tights with pink ballet shoes and black tap shoes. Boys are encouraged to wear a black or white t-shirt with black tights. Black ballet shoes and black tap shoes. Please see the front desk to purchase items or for clarification. Hair for all students should be securely up and off their faces.

Baton Twirling (4+) Summer
Tuesdays in July - Try something new! Learn basic twirling techniques and add a little dance for lots of fun. Bring your own baton (we recommend: https://twirlplanet.com/pages/how-to-measure-for-a-twirling-baton) or borrow one of ours. Students should wear comfortable clothing that they can move in. Dance shoes or bare feet. Ages 4+
This class participates in several optional community parades and performances throughout the year. Optional Baton attire available for marching in parades, etc. See the front desk for more.

Step into the magic of the holiday season and be part of our beloved Nutcracker production! We are excited to invite intermediate and advanced dancers from throughout Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana to audition for this unforgettable performance experience.

Dancers will participate in a group-style audition, allowing our artistic team to evaluate technique, artistry, and how dancers work together as an ensemble. All dancers will be cast, with roles assigned based on ability, performance quality, and overall fit within the production.
Dancers hoping to be considered for pointe roles should bring their pointe shoes. Pointe is not required to audition or be cast.
đŤ Audition Fee: $150 (due at time of registration)
This fee serves as your participation fee for the production.

Throughout the week, dancers will learn exciting combinations in a variety of styles from multiple Fusion instructors. This gives them the opportunity to grow, build confidence, and experience different teaching stylesâall while having a great time with new friends!
On Friday, dancers will participate in a group-style audition process. No one will be asked to dance aloneâthis is a positive, encouraging environment where we observe dancers together. This helps our staff thoughtfully place dancers into groups that will set them up for individual growth and team success throughout the season.

(Formally Ballerina Princess) Jump, twirl and dance in this fun introductory dance class for our littlest dancers. This class is designed for children 3-5 years old. It is a first step into the world of dance. The class is divided segments of tap, ballet and creative movement. Because children learn by repetition the class structure will remain the same for the entire year so each dancer becomes familiar with movement through repeated exercises. Creative movement time will vary by week and allow dancers to refine gross motor skills thru props and fun activities. Each month will be based on a fun theme to allow little imaginations to sore. We end the month with a parent performance. Note: Students must be potty trained.

This class is for students working to gain strength to be approved for their first pair of pointe shoes as well as for students new to pointe work. Using the book "Improve Your Pointe" this class focuses on increasing foot strength as well as working at the barre in pointe shoes (if applicable). Students must be 10 or older to attend class. Students only get pointe shoes after being tested and approved by Miss Carolyn. This is important to the physical health of the dancer and is for their safety. Required book is available at the front desk for $19.99. This should be brought to class each week along with a Thera Exercise Band and small yoga ball.

(Formally Ballerina Princess) Jump, twirl and dance in this fun introductory dance class for our littlest dancers. This class is designed for children 3-5 years old. It is a first step into the world of dance. The class is divided segments of tap, ballet and creative movement. Because children learn by repetition the class structure will remain the same for the entire year so each dancer becomes familiar with movement through repeated exercises. Creative movement time will vary by week and allow dancers to refine gross motor skills thru props and fun activities. Each month will be based on a fun theme to allow little imaginations to sore. Pre-Pointe (11+)
This class is for students working to gain strength to be approved for their first pair of pointe shoes as well as for students new to pointe work. Using the book "Improve Your Pointe" this class focuses on increasing foot strength as well as working at the barre in pointe shoes (if applicable). Students must be 10 or older to attend class. Students only get pointe shoes after being tested and approved by Miss Carolyn. This is important to the physical health of the dancer and is for their safety. Ages 11 - 18
This class is for students working to gain strength to be approved for their first pair of pointe shoes as well as for students new to pointe work. Using the book "Improve Your Pointe" this class focuses on increasing foot strength as well as working at the barre in pointe shoes (if applicable). Students must be 10 or older to attend class. Students only get pointe shoes after being tested and approved by Miss Carolyn. This is important to the physical health of the dancer and is for their safety. Jazz/Lyric Combo (5-7)
This combination class let's students explore two different genres of dance while continuing to increase basic dance skills, inhance large motor movements, improve musicality and have fun new social experiences. Students will perform both styles of dance in the recital at the end of the year.
Class Attire: Girl children may wear any color leotard, ballet skirt and pink tights with pink ballet shoes and tan jazz shoes. Boys are encouraged to wear a black or white t-shirt with black tights.
