Acro classes are a fusion of dance and gymnastics, emphasizing strength, flexibility, balance, and tumbling skills. They teach students a range of acrobatic and dance elements, preparing them for more advanced choreography and movement. The program follows a progressive system, moving students through levels based on mastered skills in all areas of the Acrobatic Arts.
**This class has a required dress code and requires students to take an assessment beginning of season for level placement
