Tumbling - Advanced

This high-energy class is designed for experienced tumblers who have already mastered foundational skills such as standing bridges/backbends, bridge to stand, cartwheels, and kick-ups to handstand. Students will work toward perfecting more advanced skills including back handsprings, aerials, and dynamic tumbling passes. With a strong emphasis on strength, flexibility, and proper technique, this class challenges students to push their limits while building confidence and control in their tumbling. Ideal for dancers or cheerleaders looking to take their skills to the next level.

MVDTA Dance Convention on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at the Dayton Convention Center.
Highlights of this year's convention include:
New Acro Dance option, led by an AcrobaticArts-certified national presenter, provides a unique opportunity for dancers to train in one of the fastest-growing disciplines in dance education.
Renowned faculty such as Drew Burgess, Jessica Eggleston, Nicole Parker, Presley Parker, Kelly Sammon, and Elizabeth Shinlever.
Classes for all levels: Minis (ages 7–9), Juniors (9+), and Seniors (10+, advanced).
