This unique class combines individual learning with the energy of a group setting - all on digital pianos with headphones for a focused, low-pressure experience. Summer session begins June 2nd, and spots are limited!🎶

This high-energy class is designed for experienced tumblers who have already mastered foundational skills such as standing bridges/backbends, bridge to stand, cartwheels, and kick-ups to handstand. Students will work toward perfecting more advanced skills including back handsprings, aerials, and dynamic tumbling passes. With a strong emphasis on strength, flexibility, and proper technique, this class challenges students to push their limits while building confidence and control in their tumbling. Ideal for dancers or cheerleaders looking to take their skills to the next level.
Students registering for this class must also take Strength and Conditioning.
