In the class we work with various bounce equipment including a large air bouncer, air beam, air roller, gym matts, Balance blocks, hoops, bean back, scarfs etc.
Student work on various skills / tricks from basics (bridges, toes to head, forward rolls, cartwheels, handstands) & work towards more advanced tricks.
They must be supervised at all times by their adult.
They have the opportunity to work towards I.D.T.A exams (from age 3) take part in festivals & shows. These are optional NOT compulsory!
In the class we work with various bounce equipment including a large air bouncer, air beam, air roller, gym matts, Balance blocks, hoops, bean back, scarfs etc.
