Why this class is important:
- Brain Development: The first five years of a child's life are a period of incredible brain growth. Studies have shown that movement plays a crucial role in facilitating this development. Dancing helps stimulate the brain and promotes cognitive function.

This is also the perfect class for dancers who are not ready to separate from their caregiver and will help them build self-esteem as they grow into beautiful little dancers!
- Development of Fine and Gross Motor Skills, Spacial and Body Awareness. Dance and coordination activities help develop both children’s fine and gross motor skills. Through interactive exercises children also learn spacial and body awareness helping to build coordination.
- Bonding: Our Mommy & Me class is a fantastic opportunity for you to bond with your child. Sharing this special experience together will create lasting memories. And don’t forget class isn’t just for mommies - dads, grandparents, caregivers and more are welcome too!
