And, behind all the fun, they will be prepared for a transition to ballet and other dance genres at higher levels.

Classical ballet classes are taught at CDA using the world leading Royal Academy of Dance syllabus. When ready, students are entered regularly for Class Awards and Examinations. Graded and Vocational Graded Levels are offered from Pre Primary up to Advanced 2 and Solo Seal.
Progressions of Ballet Technique (PBT) exercises and classes are used to supplement ballet training.
CDA values the skills developed through following this method of training, believing that it sharpens the instrument (the body) to be able to speak truth through dance. At the same time, it offers age-appropriate, joyful yet challenging syllabi for the 21st-century dance student. There are also Open Ballet classes once a week, as well as Teens and Adult Beginners Ballet Classes.
