Whether your child is interested in ballet or just likes to pretend, he/she will enjoy the fun and creative world of movement literacy program while also learning important physical, emotional, social, and classroom skills. We prefer that dancers wear a leotard or dance dress, tights, and ballet shoes. Children must be 3/4 years old by September 30, 2026 to participate in this level. We introduce age-appropriate ballet fundamentals through creative play. Children will be engaged physically, emotionally, intellectually, and creatively as their teacher uses imagery and imagination to make learning correct ballet technique a fun and exciting activity. Whether your child is interested in ballet or just likes to pretend, he/she will enjoy the fun and creative world of movement literacy program while also learning important physical, emotional, social, and classroom skills. Dancers are welcome to wear anything that they can move freely in that isn't a distraction for them. They can wear ballet shoes or bare feet but we ask that you don't send them in tights without shoes overtop as this is quite slippery and we also don't recommend socks without ballet shoes for the same reason.
