I understand that Knecht Dance is not liable or responsible for any lost or damaged items on or off the studio premises.
I understand and accept that Knecht Dance is not liable or responsible for any injury or illness sustained on or off the studio premises.

I follow Knecht Dance on all available social media platforms to stay up to date on any important information.

I grant Knecht Dance permission to use photo and video of my dancer for social media posts, advertisements, or performances.
