Tuition & Payments
Tuition is posted to your parent portal and processed through Autopay using the card on file. Payment timing may vary depending on the program (monthly, session-based, or camp-style) and will be outlined at the time of registration.

If you prefer to pay by cash or check, payment must be received prior to the due date listed in your account. Mailed payments should be sent at least ten days in advance to:

A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks. Late payments may be subject to a $25 late fee.

All tuition and fees are non-refundable, including missed classes, withdrawals, or schedule conflicts. Dancers with outstanding balances may be unable to participate in classes, performances, or events.

Attendance & Participation
Class attendance is essential for student progress, safety, and group choreography. Dancers are expected to arrive on time and prepared for class.

There are no refunds or credits for missed classes. If a dancer falls behind due to absences, private lessons may be recommended to ensure they can safely and successfully participate.

For classes that meet multiple times per week, enrollment includes all scheduled class days.

Withdrawal from any ongoing program requires 30 days’ written notice, unless otherwise stated for short-term sessions (such as summer programs).

Please ensure dancers are picked up promptly at the end of class.

Make-Up Classes
Make-up classes may be offered at the studio’s discretion and are not guaranteed. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.

Class Changes & Cancellations
Canyon Dance Academy reserves the right to adjust class schedules, instructors, or combine/cancel classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

IN CONSIDERATION OF the risk of injury that exists while participating in ALL Dance Forms (hereinafter the "Activity"); and

IN CONSIDERATION OF my desire to participate in said Activity and being given the right to participate in same;

I HEREBY, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives (hereinafter collectively, “Releasor,” or “me,” which terms shall also include Releasor's parents or guardian if Releasor is under 18 years of age), knowingly and voluntarily enter into this WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY and hereby waive any and all rights, claims, or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participation in the Activity; and

I HEREBY release and forever discharge Canyon Dance Academy, located at 2922 East Cleveland Boulevard, Suite 600, Caldwell, ID 83605, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns (collectively “Releasees”), from any physical or psychological injury that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in the Activity mentioned above.

I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE AFOREMENTIONED ACTIVITY AND I AM PARTICIPATING ENTIRELY AT MY OWN RISK. I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY, WHICH MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: PHYSICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY, PAIN, SUFFERING, ILLNESS (INCLUDING EXPOSURE TO VIRAL OR BACTERIAL INFECTIONS), DISFIGUREMENT, TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT DISABILITY (INCLUDING PARALYSIS), ECONOMIC OR EMOTIONAL LOSS, AND DEATH. I UNDERSTAND THAT THESE INJURIES OR OUTCOMES MAY ARISE FROM MY OWN OR OTHERS’ NEGLIGENCE, CONDITIONS RELATED TO TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE ACTIVITY, OR FROM CONDITIONS AT THE ACTIVITY LOCATION(S). I ASSUME ALL RELATED RISKS, BOTH KNOWN AND UNKNOWN.

I FURTHER AGREE to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation, or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney’s fees and related costs.

I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE that Releasees are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity on behalf of Releasees. In the event that I require medical care or treatment, I authorize Canyon Dance Academy to provide emergency care deemed necessary, including first aid, CPR, AED use, emergency transport, and sharing of medical information with medical personnel. I agree to assume all costs and acknowledge that I am responsible for carrying my own health insurance.

I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE that this Activity may test physical and mental limits and carries the potential for serious injury, property loss, or death. I agree not to participate unless medically able and to follow all instructions given by Canyon Dance Academy staff.

I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS WAIVER AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE CANYON DANCE ACADEMY AND ALL RELATED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING LEGAL ACTION.

To the extent permitted by law, this release includes ordinary negligence on the part of Canyon Dance Academy, its agents, and employees.

I agree that this Release shall be governed by applicable state law. This Release supersedes any prior agreements.

In the event of damage to equipment or facilities caused by my actions or negligence, I agree to be financially responsible for all associated costs.

THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR THE DURATION OF MY PARTICIPATION IN ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES, PROGRAMS, CLASSES, CAMPS, EVENTS, AND PERFORMANCES AT CANYON DANCE ACADEMY.
