At Radiate Dance Company, we are committed to providing quality dance education in a professional and organized environment. To help us maintain consistency and fairness, please review the following tuition policy: All payments are due by the posted due dates. Any payments not received by the due date will incur a $15 late fee. If you are experiencing difficulty making a payment on time, please contact the office prior to the due date. We are happy to work with families to set up a payment plan when needed. All accounts must have a card on file. If a payment is more than 10 days late, the card on file will be automatically charged for the amount due plus the $15 late fee and any applicable card processing fees. Cash or check payments made on or before the due date will not result in an automatic charge to the card on file. Autopay for monthly tuition is available and can be set up through your Parent Portal. If you would like us to auto-charge all fees (including costumes, competition fees, etc.), not just tuition, please email the office with written approval. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work to keep tuition processing smooth and stress-free for everyone.
If you choose to unenroll from classes at any time during the season, written notice must be submitted to the office prior to the tuition due date for the upcoming month. You understand and agree that: You are financially responsible for any tuition and fees incurred prior to your official withdrawal. If notification is not received before the monthly due date, you will continue to be charged and held responsible for that month's tuition and any related fees. Simply discontinuing attendance does not constitute an official withdrawal. To withdraw, please email the office or submit a written notice to ensure your account is updated accordingly. We appreciate your communication and cooperation in helping us manage enrollment and billing efficiently
