We are a family-run company offering quality technical dance training.
We’re excited to have your child join us on their dance journey.
Terms and Conditions
Enrolment Agreement:
Parents/guardians or students over 18 must complete enrolment.
A $55 registration fee is required to secure a spot and covers administrative costs.
Enrolments are only processed after full payment. Unpaid enrolments risk losing their place.
By enrolling, you release Storm The Stage PAA from liability for injuries sustained during activities.
Fees:
Registration Fee: $55 (one-time per year, non-refundable).
Performance Fee: $50 (invoiced with Term 2 fees for end-of-year performance costs).
Tuition fees are due at the start of each term. Late payments incur a 10% fee after two weeks, plus 5% weekly until paid.
Payment plans are available if arranged before the due date.
Refunds/Credits:
No refunds for change of mind.
Credits are only offered for medical reasons with a valid certificate, at the director’s discretion.
Missed classes (holidays, illness, etc.) are non-refundable.
Make-Up Classes:
Available in Terms 1 & 2 for missed classes (subject to availability).
Not offered in Terms 3 & 4 due to performance preparations.
Costumes:
A $50 non-refundable deposit per costume is due in Term 2 (or within one week of joining after Term 3).
Full payment is required three weeks before the performance.
Health & Safety:
Participation is at your own risk. Storm The Stage PAA is not liable for injuries.
Ambulance costs are the individual’s responsibility.
Students with medical conditions must provide a treatment plan.
Code of Conduct:
Respect for all students, staff, and directors is mandatory.
Bullying or abuse will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion.
No photography/video of other students without consent.
Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are prohibited on-site.
Social Media & Images:
By enrolling, you consent to the use of your child’s name, image, or video for promotional purposes.
Parents posting on social media must conceal other students’ identities or obtain permission.
Direct Debit & Cancellations:
Tuition fees are paid via Direct Debit.
4 Weeks’ Notice: Required to cease all classes (email admin@stormthestagepaa.com).
2 Weeks’ Notice: Required for class changes (email admin@stormthestagepaa.com).
No refunds are given for any reason.
Declined payments incur a fee and may result in class suspension.
Acknowledgment:
By enrolling, you agree to:
Pay all fees regardless of attendance.
Provide accurate Direct Debit details.
Allow the use of your child’s images/videos for promotion (unless opted out).
Abide by all Storm The Stage PAA rules and terms.
