Join us for Balance Beyond the Barre, a dedicated well‑being day designed especially for young dancers. This uplifting experience blends movement, mindset, and motivation to help dancers feel confident, calm, and supported both in and out of the studio.
Throughout the day, dancers will explore:

- Stress‑management tools for dance, school, and life
- Self‑care essentials for mind and body
