APPARATUS FOCUS: AERIAL HAMMOCK
Over the week students will learn a complete aerial hoop routine set to "Puttin' On The Ritz". Build strength and confidence on the apparatus while refining transitions, flow, and control. Explore musicality and develop your own creative interpretation as you bring the choreography to life.
Students will also receive daily flexibility and strength conditioning training with their coach.
Students will perform the routine for their families on the last day of camp.
Suitable for Novice and Intermediate level students
Prerequisites: Novice hammock or higher

AERIAL HOOP SUMMER CAMP- "My Future In Flight"
APPARATUS FOCUS: AERIAL HOOP
Over the week students will learn a complete aerial hoop routine set to "My Future" by Billie Eilish. Build strength and confidence on the apparatus while refining transitions, flow, and control. Explore musicality and develop your own creative interpretation as you bring the choreography to life.
Students will also receive daily flexibility and strength conditioning training with their coach.
Students will perform the routine for their families on the last day of camp.

Act Creation theme: Mythical Creatures
In this unique class, students will create and perform an original circus act inspired by the world of mythical creatures. From dragons and phoenixes to mermaids, unicorns, fairies, or creatures of their own imagination, they'll bring their ideas to life through movement and circus arts.
Students will choose their apparatus and music, create original choreography, develop a character, and design a costume, while receiving guidance, creative tools, and individualized feedback from the instructor throughout the process.
Using circus arts as a storytelling tool, participants will strengthen both their technical skills and their ability to express emotion, character, and meaning through performance.
Each act will be 2–4 minutes in length and will be performed for a live audience at The Rising on Sunday, November 22.
Please Note: A dress rehearsal will take place during the final class of the session ( Nov 16). Attendance is mandatory in order to perform in the showcase.

45-minute conditioning class designed to improve your performance in the air through focused floor-based training.
Using a variety of tools—including resistance bands, excercise balls, light weights, and bodyweight exercises—develop strength, stability, and endurance. The exercises will help support joint health, improve movement patterns, and reduce the risk of injury.
All levels welcome. No experience necessary.
