Kids classes are for ages 7-9. We will go over beginning tumbling, aerial introduction to hammock, silks, and lyra. This class will set students up for moving into our Beginner Kids class for the next session.
Classes can be purchased as a drop in or monthly membership. Drop in is $30 or month to month tuition is $80.
When enrolled in Auto Pay class includes Open Studio on Saturday 10:00am-12:00pm.

Aerial Yoga-Full Moon Flow
Aerial Yoga is back and we are offering it as a once a month drop in option, coinciding with the Full Moon! The full moon seems to land close to the first Monday of the month.
Drop in price is $20, preregistration is required.
Using the Hammock as a prop, Aerial Yoga can provide a gentle stretch, challenging strength, breathe relaxation, and mind body connection. The hammock can help to alleviate weight with certain asana's or can add an additional strength component.
Class is great for beginners to advanced students.

We will work on more advance conditioning, stretching and functional mobility, with advanced aerial skills, transitions, inversions, and drops using the hammock, silks, trapeze and Lyra. Split level class will mean students will work closer to the ground on certain skills if at a level 4 and will work on beginner steps to sequences.
Regular attendance is required. If consistent absences occur, you will be asked to step down to a lower level.

Tumbling and Acro
Tumbling is for those students working on Backbends, Handstands, Round Offs, Aerials, Back handsprings, Roundoff back handsprings, back tucks. This is a great class to work on student specific skills. This class will work with each student on their tumbling goals. Class will focus mostly on the tumble track, air tracks and floor. This is a great class to work dynamic tumbling, connective tumbling, standing tumbling, handstands, or contortion skills.
Students need to have a forward roll and cartwheel.
Drop in is available for $20 or $40 for the month.
Students need to have a solid cartwheel and comfortable with backbend kick overs.
Tumbling is for those students working on Backbends, Handstands, Round Offs, Aerials, Back handsprings, Roundoff back handsprings, back tucks. This is a great class to work on student specific skills. This class will work with each student on their tumbling goals. Class will focus mostly on the tumble track, air tracks and floor. This is a great class to work dynamic tumbling, connective tumbling, standing tumbling, handstands, or contortion skills.
Students need to have a forward roll and cartwheel.
Drop in is available for $20 or $40 for the month.
Students need to have a solid cartwheel and comfortable with backbend kick overs.
