This class will blast all of your muscles through weight training exercises! Use dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands, sliders, & more, to help improve your full body tone, strength & endurance. There will always be some cardio & core exercises to help balance out the resistance training. Let's get those muscles working, your heart rate up, make you sweat, & push you to your personal best! You can take the exercises at your own pace, & increase or decrease the intensity or weights as you need. This class is for all levels.

There will be a variety of slow controlled weighted movements, pulses & repetitions with lighter weights, & cardio exercises! You will leave sweaty after this full body workout! You can take all the exercises at your own pace, & use as heavy or light weights as you like!

In this Power Up Pilates class, we will do Mat Pilates classes for the first half of the session & then finish with Pilates Equipment Circuit classes! In the mat classes, we will do a variety of body-weighted exercises to challenge your core strength & overall stability. In the equipment classes, we will rotate through basic exercises on each piece of equipment. The equipment uses springs to assist or resist you in a variety exercises. This class is all low impact, with the option to decrease or increase the intensity as you like!

Our Morning Barre Burn will ignite your energy to start the day! Just like all of our barre classes, this class will include smaller movements with high repetitions to burnout, tone & lengthen your muscles! The class is broken into different sections that focus on the major muscle groups. You are guaranteed to do squats, lunges, arms, abs & PULSES galore, leaving you sweating, shaking & very awake! We will do a combination of mat work & standing at the barre. You will also see a variety of props to aid in the challenge of class!
