Glee Club Challenge 2025/26
Dear Parents and Pupils,
We are delighted to announce that your son/daughter has been invited to take part in the Glee Club Challenge 2025/6. As proud 2019 finalists, ATA is thrilled to once again compete in this prestigious national event.
We can only invite 35 pupils to represent ATA, and we are pleased to offer your child one of these places. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of:
⭐ Performances on major regional and London theatre stages
⭐ A national competition featuring the most talented vocal groups from across the UK
⭐ A final judged by a panel of industry professionals and celebrity guests
⭐ The chance to secure a £5000 award for our squad if we reach the finals to invest in radio mics and equipment/branded attire for our vocal team.
📅 Rehearsals at ATA (The Centre, New Eltham):
⭐ Friday 5 September, 5.00–8.00pm
⭐ Sunday 7 September, 3.00–7.00pm
⭐ Sunday 14 September, 3.00–7.00pm
🎵 Bootcamp & Performance Dates:
⭐ Bootcamp: Sunday 16 November 2025, Islington (travel will be by train, pupils will need a travel card or Oster) Times TBC.
⭐ Semi-Final: Sunday 1 February 2026, Broadway Theatre, Catford
⭐ Final (if successful): Venue TBC
💷 Fees:
Rehearsals are charged at £8 per hour. The total cost for the scheduled rehearsals is £88.00. We have not charged for costumes or chaperones on the show days to keep costs affordable as we would like as many pupils to be able to take part. Additional rehearsals may be scheduled should we make it through to the national finals and will be charged at £8 per hour. This project will be an excellent opportunity for pupils to refine their vocal skills and performance discipline.

Payment must be made by Monday 25 August 2025 via the Parent Portal. Please select Glee Club Challenge 2025/6 when making payment.
Please note: after this date, if payment has not been received, your child’s place will be offered to another ATA pupil on our reserve list.
This project requires full commitment from every participant. Please ensure your child is available for all rehearsal and performance dates before confirming.

Join us this February half term for two fun-packed days of drama, singing and dance, inspired by the magic of the movies.
Children will spend each day building confidence, creativity and performance skills through engaging workshops, games and routines, all led by our team of professionals. The camp is suitable for all abilities and no previous experience is required.
Children should wear loose, comfortable clothing that they can move around in, along with suitable footwear for dancing. Please bring a nut-free packed lunch and plenty to drink each day.
