**Social Media Photo Release Waiver**
**I, the parent of said student, give the right to DANCE & ARTS CONNECTION -DVDC and or LV3 Ballet Conservatory to use my/my child's photograph and/or video for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials.**
1. **Consent**: I understand that my image may be used in various forms of media and I consent to this use.
2. **No Compensation**: I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of my image.
3. **Release**: I hereby release DANCE & ARTS CONNECTION - LV3 from any claims, demands, and liabilities that may arise from the use of my image.
4. **Duration**: This release is perpetual and will not expire.
