Contract Details 25/26
This recital/performance program runs for a duration of 10 months, commencing on September 8, 2025, or from your enrollment date, and will conclude with a staged performance in late June 2026. Your child(ren), the DANCER, is required to attend all scheduled weekly classes and rehearsals. Missing classes can affect the overall quality of the stage performance in the spring.
Please refer to the handbook for the attendance policy.
Withdrawal Fee Policy
Withdrawal Fee: $125.00
Effective Date: After November 15, 2025
Upon withdrawal with the card on file, all remaining months will be charged. Any outstanding dance tuition must be settled at the time of account closure, as the spot was reserved for the entire season.
For example, if you withdraw in March, you will be responsible for the tuition fees for April, May, and June.
Dance tuition is due on the first Friday of each month. Failure to make payment will incur a late fee of $35.00 after the 10th of the month. Every Friday, your card will be charged for any unpaid balances unless you coordinate a specific date for payment.
After a two-week grace period following your enrollment at Dance Clinic, please contact us promptly if you determine that the program is not suitable for your dancer or your family. We will be happy to terminate the contract; however, please note that refunds are not available.
Costume invoices will be uploaded during registration, with the initial deposit due by **Friday, October 10, 2025**. Subsequent payments can be made weekly or bi-weekly until **November 21, 2025**. A late fee of **$45** will be charged for any invoices not paid on time. Please note that dance shoes come at an additional cost; a link to a custom shoe store for sizing will be provided. It’s essential for all dancers to wear the same shoes on picture and recital days, so please ensure orders are placed within two weeks of enrollment.
Participants are expected to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before class begins. Any dancer arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted to join the class. If you anticipate being late, please text us to inform us. It is essential to adhere to the dress code to participate in class. Hair must be secured and pulled away from the face. Parents are required to remain in the parking lot or lobby until class concludes for all Ready Set Dance classes. No child should leave the building unattended.
