INDEMNITY
In consideration of Fiona Donaldson, the teaching staff, and any guest teachers of FSDance & College of Creative Arts providing instruction to me or my child, I acknowledge that participation in dance classes, rehearsals, and related activities involves an inherent risk of injury.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fiona Donaldson, FSDance & College of Creative Arts, its employees, contractors, and guest teachers from and against any claims, demands, losses, damages, or liability arising from or in connection with my or my child’s participation in classes or activities, including the performance of routines, exercises, movements, or dance steps.
This indemnity applies to any injury, loss, or damage suffered by me or my child during or as a result of participation, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
