PHOTO RELEASE
I give permission for FSDance & College of Creative Arts to take and use photographs or video of me or my child. These images may be used for studio purposes such as marketing, promotions, social media, websites, advertising, and printed materials.
I understand that the images may be edited or altered and that I will not receive payment for their use. I release FSDance & College of Creative Arts from any responsibility or liability related to the use of these images and waive the right to view or approve the final images before they are used.
